Geoff completed a Detailed Risk Assessment to address groundwater contamination identified at the property and to support application to the BC Ministry of Environment and Parks (BCENV) for a risk-based Certificate of Compliance (CoC). The work required careful consideration of potential human health and ecological exposure pathways along with modeling of potential future use of groundwater as a drinking water source. The work supported plans for site renovations allowing for expanded commercial opportunity.
